We made reservations the day before and was seated promptly on arrival. The space is very small but we dined on the lower level which we had all to ourselves (4 people). People were friends and the Food did not take long. The shrimp fried rice was delicious. Our daughter enjoyed the California surimi rolls too. My husband had the tuna, salmon, chicken, and pork skewers that were all great. It doesn&rsquo;t have a trendy ambience but the food is wonderful!

We dined at this fine restaurant at the recommendation of a friend who dines at Michelin star restaurants for a living and we were super impressed. Service was friendly and knowledgeable including the sommelier whose recommendation we thoroughly enjoyed. The food was out of this world. Every course on the set menu was delicious and well executed.  The stand-outs were the specialties of the house--potato millefeuille and foie gras and the flambeed pigeon WOW Nothing like we&#39;ve experienced before.  Bravo Chef! The ambiance is pretty, clean and chic. We so enjoyed seeing the Chef on the floor helping and serving.  A tribute to his kitchen&#39;s expertise to deliver fabulous food.  And it was such a treat to meet Chef Faussat.  He is as charming and handsome as his cuisine.

Recommended by a friend, did not let me lose, the owner also acts as a waiter, her English is great, super friendly.

Le V is an elegant, marvelous restaurant with superior cuisine. Special mention should be made of the Diego&#39;s warm, conversational approach which nicely offsets the rather formal setting. The quality of the food matches the spectacular, historic stained-glass ceiling. Too often places rely on stellar settings and lag in service or food quality, not Le V!

What a perfect dinner after a day of traveling around Paris! We loved our meal and the service was great!

A welcome with a smile, good food, good service. What else? A great place to have dinner.

We were surprised to find the restaurant was closed due to French vacations. We were not informed when we made reservations or when the restaurant sent reminders. Though annoyed and disappointed, we decided to make the best of the evening, and we ordered a chicken poke bowl and the roasted chicken with potatoes. Both chickens were incredibly bland. Perhaps only salt was used?  The potatoes were acceptable. The vegetarian items in the poke bowl were good. The meal should not have cost 80 Euros. It was worth 10.

Inside seating with no athmosphere and the tables are actually in the hotel lobby. No separate room. Very few dishes to choose from. Wine  bottle on the table without ice bucket

Client for years, I find really surprised that your glass wines sold near 20.00 euros do not do the 15cl announced !!!
